About
I'm Cinder, the developer behind Aggro Games. I grew up playing snake. If you ever had a computer back then, chances are you did too. While most kids in the school computer room were playing on their noon break, I figured out we could edit the game's code. I gave the snake a rainbow skin, added a special food type, even built an extra level. Everyone in the room couldn't believe it. This game that everyone had played a hundred times without ever expecting more - it could be more.
That curiosity led me into the game industry, where I spent years working at large studios where revenue came before fun. When the massive layoffs hit in 2024, my whole team was let go. After months of searching, the only offer on the table was another live service game. Nothing out there matched what I believed games should be, so I started building my own.
Early in development, five people at a dinner party tried one of the first builds. They wouldn't stop playing. Every time I'd say "alright, that's enough", they'd start another match. Even the younger ones were hooked, and these are kids glued to online worlds with millions of players. That was all the proof I needed. So I kept building.
Twenty-five years after that school computer room, I have a wife and two kids (9 and 4), and I've been watching something disappear. Great couch co-op games used to be everywhere. Now most multiplayer means online-only, and too many games are designed to exploit rather than entertain. I wanted to build the game I always wished existed, one where players are treated the way they deserve. Every mechanic, character, line of dialogue, and pixel of UI - that's all me. Player feedback shapes everything. No loot boxes, no psychological tricks, no hidden costs. Just a genuine love for games.
The Debut Title
An ancient war between serpents. A living darkness feeding on the conflict. Scales of Silence takes the game everyone played as a kid and turns it into something nobody expected.
A 500-level campaign with 20 unique characters across ten biomes that reshape the rules. Boss fights. A story hiding underneath it all. Then bring the fight home as an 8-player couch party game with 4 battle modes. One purchase, everything included, zero microtransactions. Free content expansions planned.
